There can be many reasons why your order is pending.
The most common of these reasons is that you haven’t paid for your order, which means it won’t be created. Therefore, you must pay the outstanding invoice for it to become active and provide your service!
In some cases, there may be other reasons why your order has not been completed. For example, if we run out of space on the server (the node has no capacity at the moment) and in this case it is because we are installing another one, our system will prevent the order from being created, in order to avoid overselling.
If your service is pending because we are installing a new node, we will charge your service from the time your service becomes active. Usually it takes less than 24 hours, but it can take up to 48 hours.
If you believe your payment has completed and you do not receive service within a few moments, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
